Pair of "Midland Counties' Airedale Terrier Club" silver teaspoons. Each spoon depicts the hade of an Airedale Terrie and marked "Midland Counties' Airedale Terrier Club". Assayed Birmingham 1929, and stamped with the Birmingham silversmith mark of "J.A.R" being J A Restall Ltd, known for their club and award medals. English 1928.

17 ) From one of twenty five photogravures, including His Majesty The King's Irish Terrier 'Jack', on laid paper with the Abbey Mills and crown watermark, the photogravures on wove paper. A limited edition of 500, printed by Chiswick Press, London, and publish
The creation of the photogravure plate was a complicated process requiring work by a photographer and experienced master-engraver. First, a copper plate was coated with a light-sensitive gelatine tissue which had been exposed to a film positive, and then etched, resulting in a high-quality intaglio print that can reproduce the detail and continuous tones of a photograph. It is a manual process leave a plate impression in the paper. The quality of the photogravure depends on the masterly execution by the engraver.
