The reverse bears exhibition label ‘L'art Belge-Luxembourg” exhibition label’, titled “Les compagnons du Saltinbanque” by “Jos Stevens” lent by “M Warnaut” of “rue de la concorde 51” in Brussels. Travelling circus entertainers was a popular theme for Joseph Stevens. Belgium, 1887.
