A circa 1920’s, 14 carat gold, reverse intaglio crystal brooch depicting a black Labrador Retriever’s head. Set within a "Cor de Chasse",, French Hunting Horn worked in gold with platinum detail. American, circa 1920.

Aquatint etching of the Labrador Retriever Dual “Ch. Bramshaw Bob” retrieving a Mallard by Reuben Ward Binks (1880 - 1950). Titled in pencil bottom left “English Setter” and signed in pencil bottom right "Ward Binks pinxt sculpt". It is unclear why Binks signed this “pinxt sculpt”, but it makes this copy a rare hand touched artist proof.

An ivory carved "Black Forest" depicting three Labrador type dogs, 18 carat gold set brooch. Assayed “OR 750” and marked “LB”. Such carvings were from German workshop of the Graf von Erbach-Erbach in Odenwald, and the Kehrer family at Erbach, Ernst (working 1830-40) and his son Edouard (1812-63). They were made from around 1830 to 1860. German, circa 1850.

A large oil on canvas a standing Labrador Retriever by Maud Earl Maud Earl painted several large scale oils of Labradors for such famous patrons and fanciers of the breed such as Thomas W Twyford, Whitmore Kennels, Lorna, Countess Howe, (Mrs Mrs Quintin Dick), Banchory Kennels, Duchess of Hamilton and Bandon, Dungravel Kennels, and the Butter family (a Scottish estate near Pitlochry) Faskally Labradors.

An Edwardian open backed diamond and platinum of a seated Labrador. Millegrain set with rose cut diamonds is of interest, the dog wears a ruby collar with a large natural seed pearl and ruby eye.
