A reverse intaglio coaching crystal pendant of a black and blue painted coach with red wheels and seven up, in gold and old cut diamond millegrain platinum setting. The pendant fitting also with millegrain platinum set diamonds. Total carats approximately 1.8. The crystal marked “DEPOSEâ€, meaning it was registered in France as a exclusive design. Reverse intaglio crystals are commonly and erroneously often called Essex Crystals. French, circa 1890, diamond setting Edwardian.

Known for his coaching prints and such coaching books as "The Romance of the Road the Story of Inns, Roads, Coaches and Travellers", such oils are rare.

Reverse intaglio crystal game bird gold bracelet A reverse intaglio crystal game bird gold bracelet depicting Snipe, Mallard , Pheasant, and Partridge all in flight. Interesting mounted in 14 carat gold with five pairs of gun cartridge links. The clasp and a crystal setting both marked “14K”.
The crystal carving circa 1915, possibly once a set of double sided cufflinks, the American gold setting in the manner of the "The Crossroads of Sport Inc New York". Marked to the reverse “14k”.

This four in hand coach passes the famous ruins of Kenilworth castle and the church at Kenilworth, and it was clearly painted when Henry Frederick Lucas-Lucas was living close by at Rugby. Signed bottom right "H F Lucas Lucas" and dated �99�. The reverse bearing label: "Messrs Fores Repository of Works of Art 41, Piccadilly, (corner of Sackville Street,) London" Messrs Fores of Piccadilly were famous for publishing English sporting prints. Henry Frederick Lucas-Lucas was published by Fores. Fores who clearly acquired this oil painting from the artist.
